There is at least one unsolved mystery in the Resident Evil 4 remake «Chainsaw Demo» that players have yet to figure out. Capcom shadow-dropped theResident Evil 4 remake «Chainsaw Demo» a few days ago, and one would think fans have picked it apart for all it's worth by now; even the modders have gotten the Resident Evil 4 remake demo working in VR already.
Fans of the series seem to be enjoying the demo — for those who have not tried it out yet, it is free to play, infinitely replayable, and without any time restrictions. One player found a method to obtain a hidden weapon in the Resident Evil 4 demo by dropping all their gear at the village area gate and legging it to a secluded underground area. It will be interesting to see if this also works in the game proper. Thankfully there isn't much longer to wait until the game releases on March 24.
Resident Evil 4 Remake Demo Is Expected to Shadow Drop Today
There is a locked drawer in the village area of the Resident Evil 4 demo that nobody has been able to open. It could simply be that the key required to open it is found later on in the game beyond the end of the «Chainsaw Demo,» but there is a small yet exciting possibility that the key is hidden somewhere just waiting to be discovered by a persistent gamer. Another possibility is that it will be opened via a lockpicking mechanic a-la Resident Evil Village, but that's just speculation at this time.
The Resident Evil 4 «Chainsaw Demo» was a nice surprise, and it seems the hype train for the game is full steam ahead.
