Tavernlight Games is getting ready to release its open-world sandbox MMORPG Ravendawn next week on January 16th. The official launch trailer has been released, along with some details about getting things rolling with name reservations.
The launch gameplay trailer takes us through the world of Ravendawn, showing off the player experience across various environments. With lots of mobs, bosses, and other ways to demonstrate combat, to other important features, like farming, the trailer is under two minutes long but it covers a lot.
The player-driven economy is going to have a big impact on the game, so that little peek at starting to farm and then growing your enterprise is just as important as showing parties tackling some bosses.
Starting tomorrow, January 9th, those who own a supporter pack will be able to log in and create one character and reserve a name for launch. This applies to everyone with a supporter pack at all tiers, So if you have been supporting the development of ravendon, now's your chance to prepare for next week's launch by doing one of the hardest things that MMORPG players do–getting the character name that you want–in advance.
If you have not bought into support the game yet and you do want to secure a character name and some bonus cosmetics, they’re still available.
