With the release of Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League fast approaching, Rocksteady has dropped a new gameplay launch trailer for the game.
The team has dropped a number of trailers over recent weeks and even dropped the game’s closed beta NDA to try and drive as much positive conversation as possible before the game’s launch in early February.
The trailer is short but gives us a brief overview of the game’s story and characters and does a good job highlighting the abilities they bring to the table. We also see a number of boss fights that players will need to tackle over the course of the campaign. It’s important to note that unlike other Arkhamverse titles, Suicide Squad will be online only at launch, with an offline mode set to come sometime post-launch.
Originally set to release this month, the game was delayed in order to give the team some additional time to polish it up. Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League now releases on February 2 for the PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. Players who purchase the Premium Edition will be able to jump in and play a full three days early, beginning on January 30.
