Many fans were hoping to see Pokemon Scarlet and Violet DLC announced at February 27's Pokemon Presents, and luckily, The Pokemon Company delivered with the announcement of The Hidden Treasure of Area Zero DLC. Of course, this was but one of few announcements there, including news about the Pokemon TCG's new classic format, Pokemon Unite's introduction of Zacian, Pokemon Masters EX, andthe upcoming launch ofPokemon Sleep.
One of the first announcements were new legendary Tera raids for Pokemon Scarlet and Violet. Starting on February 27, players will be able to encounter Walking Wake in Pokemon Scarlet, a Water/Dragon-type Paradox form of Suicune, and Iron Leaves in Pokemon Violet, a Grass/Psychic-type Paradox form of Virizion. Many believed these Pokemon would be directly tied to the DLC, so seeing them introduced in Tera Raids is quite the surprise, though a welcome one.

The Hidden Treasure of Area Zero DLC is split into two parts: the first being called The Teal Mask. Set to release in Fall 2023, The Teal Mask will introduce returning Pokemon, a new legendary called Ogrepon, and see players become a transfer student at Blueberry academy. The second DLC, releasing in Winter 2023, is called The Indigo Disk. It'll introduce returning Pokemon, a new world turtle legendary called Terapagos, and more. Furthermore, those who pre-purchase the DLC will be able to get a special code to receive a special Hisuian Zoroark, and that about covers everything.
