The PlayStation is approaching its 30th anniversary of the first PlayStation console, and Hideaki Nishino on the PlayStation blog has announced that there will be a PlayStation 30th Anniversary Collection. The aesthetic is that of the PlayStation 1 and pays homage to the console that launched on December 3, 1994. For those who want to get hold of this bundle, it will be available for pre-order on September 26 on the PlayStation website. For regions where the direct website isn't available, pre-orders will begin on September 26 at participating retailers.
