The OnePlus 12 employs a combination of powerful internal specifications ranging from the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 to a clean UI and of course, the inclusion of 24GB of LPDDR5X RAM to deliver an astounding level of compute and graphics performance. The flagship’s capabilities were revealed in the recent AnTuTu leak, where this model is now the fastest out of any tested, obtaining more than 2.3 million points in the overall score.
An image was recently uploaded by tipster Digital Chat Station, revealing what the OnePlus 12 obtained in the recent AnTuTu run. Compared to all the other Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 flagships tested so far, the OnePlus 12 obtained the highest overall result, with 2,333,033 points to its name. There are several reasons why other premium Android handsets may not have garnered the same result. GizmoChina reports that according to Li Jie, OnePlus’ China president, the company collaborated with game developers, manufacturers, and chipmakers to optimize gaming performance on the OnePlus 12.
Alongside those optimizations, OnePlus incorporates a clean user interface on its devices, which likely results in a low overhead in terms of using CPU and memory resources, freeing up performance when running applications such as AnTuTu. Lastly, we have the impressive Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 and 24GB of LPDDR5X RAM combo to thank, along with the vapor chamber that allowed the 8-core chipset to sustain its performance for a longer period, resulting in that score.
