A new teaser trailer for has been released.
StudioCanal has shared a new teaser trailer for Paddington in Peru, the upcoming third film in the Paddington franchise that will be released in United States theaters this coming January.

“Paddington in Peru brings Paddington’s story to Peru as he returns to visit his beloved Aunt Lucy, who now resides at the Home for Retired Bears,” the official synopsis reads. “With the Brown Family in tow, a thrilling adventure ensues when a mystery plunges them into an unexpected journey through the Amazon rainforest and up to the mountain peaks of Peru.”
The third Paddington movie is directed by Dougal Wilson, with this being Wilson’s feature film directorial debut. Paul King, who directed the first two Paddington movies before he then went on to make 2023’s Wonka, contributed to the story and also serves as an executive story.
Simon Farnaby and Mark Burton also contributed to the story, with the screenplay being written by Burton, Jon Foster, and James Lamont. Rosie Alison produces the film, while Jeffrey Clifford and Tim Wellspring also serve as executive producers.
The cast of the film includes Hugh Bonneville, Emily Mortimer (who is taking over the role of Mary Brown from Sally Hawkins), Julie Walters, Jim Broadbent, Imelda Staunton, Carla Tous, Olivia Colman, and Antonio Banderas. Ben Whishaw returns to once again voicing the titular Paddington bear.
Paddington in Peru will be released in United States theaters on January 17, 2025.
Paddington, meanwhile, is currently streaming on both Netflix and Hulu, while Paddington 2 is available to purchase or rent on services such as Apple TV, Amazon Prime Video, and more.
