Metaphor: ReFantazio from Atlus’ Persona Team Locks Down an October 2024 Release Date
wccftech.comWhile Atlus has largely become synonymous with the Persona and Shin Megami Tensei series, their next big RPG is actually a new IP – Metaphor: ReFantazio. Developed by a team led by many of the minds that created Persona 3 through Persona 5, Metaphor looks to expand that trademark Atlus RPG style with a more expansive dark fantasy world. Well, today Atlus announced Metaphor: ReFantazio will be launching in October of this year. You can check out a fresh trailer for the game, below.

In addition to the new trailer and release date, Atlus showcased a bunch of new gameplay, providing a peek at the game’s story, world, combat, daily life sim elements (yes, don’t worry, that’s carrying over from the Persona games), and more.
