Raid Tuning and Quality of Life Plans
- There is a wide-range of communities and player skill that Blizzard keeps in mind when tuning raids, dungeons, etc.
- Plans are being discussed regarding checkpoints and how to make it so players don't have to worry about choosing a smart time to release in the events of a raid wipe.
Future Support Specs?
- There is not enough information out yet to confirm «Support» as a new-role in World of Warcraft.
- Blizzard is continuing to look for new ways for classes and specializations to bring unique effects that benefit the other group members similar to Power Infusion, Windfury, etc.
- There are future ideas and proposals being explored about how to make DPS specializations feel wanted in certain content beyond just doing strong damage.
Gearing System Plans
- Blizzard is continuing to explore new ways to make rewards and gear across all rarities feel valuable to players in some way.
- Mentions of how to streamline professions to which all specializations feel equal in value.

- The philosophy with systems like Hero Talents and what the future may hold is how to bring about new ways to enhance a class or spec without adding an overwhelming complexity.
- Future level squishes were mentioned, but these are FAR into the future, nothing immediate.
- The baseline idea is to give players reasons to be excited about their classes, and Hero Talents will serve as a baseline to expand off of.
