is a Soulslike game that includes a series of choices which lead to different endings. As a retelling of set in a dark, bloody world, most decisions revolve around telling the truth or a lie. However, there are a few like Antonia's dilemma where the options include giving her a possible cure for the Petrification Disease, or end her suffering by letting her die without using the cure in an attempt to prolong her life.

follows Pinocchio, Geppetto's puppet, as he's tasked with clearing out puppets that turned hostile during the frenzy and saving good humans for the safety of everybody at Hotel Krat. As a safe haven, Hotel Krat acts as a hub that progresses the game and gives insight into the world via evolving dialogue with the NPCs in various chapters. More than halfway through, Polendina wants to speak with Pinocchio about potentially curing Antonia's disease, leading to a questline that ends with a decision.

From the first meeting, it's clear that Antonia is unwell. She's in a wheelchair with an IV feeding her some kind of medication, and speaking with her shows that the right half of her face is petrified with blue scales. She's suffering from Petrification Disease, which has plagued the city of Krat and turns its victims into monsters with blue scales. There's no information about how the disease started, but Alchemists are working on finding a cure during the events of. However, it doesn't seem like they're making much progress with the cure, given how many residents continue to suffer from Petrification Disease in Krat, Antonia included.
