The Silent Hill 2 Remake has been out for a little while now, and along with it comes some new puzzles. Whether you're a veteran of the game or you're just experiencing this horrific story for the first time, there are puzzles that will test your wits. One of these puzzles is the Moth puzzle, which can be found in the Bluecreek Apartments.
The Moth puzzle can be found in Apartment 202, where you have to work out the code via the numerous moths that are pinned to the boards. Along with the moths, there are some mathematical sums with symbols on the wall, which are linked to the moths. Instead of numbers being used in sums, symbols are used instead. If you find yourself scratching at your head wondering how you're going to solve this puzzle, here is everything you need to do to be able to figure out the lock code with the Moth puzzle in Silent Hill 2.

For starters, the Moth puzzle will show up in the game even if you are on normal difficulty, and this puzzle will pop up once you've solved the puzzle with the seesaw and figurines, which will give you the Minute Hand for the Clock.
The puzzle is relatively simple. The symbols on the wall correlate with the symbols on the moths. When a symbol appears in the sum, count up the number of times you see the symbol across all of the moths, and jot down the number either on a piece of paper or on your platform's notepad.
