The Coin Cabinet is found inside the Wood Side Apartments, more specifically in the backroom of the office area on 1F, opposite the main entrance. As you explore the Wood Side Apartments, you'll discover Coins, detailed below. These are used to solve riddles in the Coin Cabinet, and you'll cycle through 4 before you get your reward. Your first sighting of the Woman Coin will come as you notice it stuck at the top of the garbage chute, from a washing room on floor 2F. You can't do anything about it for now, but take note of its position. Eventually, you'll earn the 2F Small Staircase Key, which allows you to reach floor 3F. Follow the route through the rooms still under construction until you get to Room 310. Inside, use the balcony to cross into Room 312, then use the crawlspace in the left-hand room to access a second washing room.
Pick up the Canned Juice and use it on the garbage chute in there. This dislodges the Woman Coin down below, and now you can return to the courtyard on floor 1F to pick up the Woman Coin.
