The Duck Disguiser is a new toy introduced with this year's Noblegarden, that allows the player to transform into one of six ducks. At the time of writing, the disguises unlocked with this toy are character-specific rather than account-wide.
As we already reported, the Duck Disguiser is a toy that allows players to transform into a tiny duck of various colors.
This golden egg toy is rewarded from Just a Waddle Away the ending of the new Duck-themed Noblegarden questline. This questline begins with What the Duck?, which Alliance players can pick up from Zinnia Brooks in Elwynn Forest, and Horde from Sylnaria Fareflame in Durotar.
Along with the Duck Disguiser, the quest also rewards a choice of six disguises: Black Duck Disguise, Mallard Duck Disguise, White Duck Disguise, Brown Duck Disguise, Pink Duck Disguise, and Yellow Duck Disguise. Each item unlocks a duck that the player can turn into when they interact with the toy.

Characters who haven't unlocked any disguises can place the toy, but don't get an option to change their appearance:
When it comes to holidays, something character-specific that takes a few years to unlock isn't entirely unprecedented. The Veteran Nanny achievement from Children's Week used to require obtaining three pets on a single character — and players were only
