Diablo 4 Patch 1.4.3 is now live bringing several gameplay updates with it, including a rework of Season 4’s most popular Elixir, the Elixir of Holy Bolts. However, soon after the launch of the patch, a bug was discovered with this Elixir that causes crashes after use, so in response, Blizzard has just disabled the Elixir’s power altogether.

We are seeing some crashes come from the Holy Bolt Elixir power. For now, we are going to disable the power on this.

Players can still consume the elixir while this happening but we recommend to NOT use these as you will have no power associated with this.

We are investigating the crashes and will work on a fix ASAP.

Blizzard is currently looking into this issue, and it’s likely to receive a hotfix in the near future. Of course, we’d recommend players save their hard-earned Elixir of Holy Bolts until this issue is resolved — luckily, there’s no shortage of alternate Elixirs available to use in the meantime!
