Google will be releasing the Pixel 8 series later this year in October. The new phones are supposed to be flagship devices and will feature a stock Android experience. For those interested, we have posted extensive information about Google's upcoming devices, and today we have some news on the storage and color options that the phones will be available in.
Based on information extracted from the dealer data, we now know what Google will be offering in terms of the colors and storage options for both Pixel 8 devices, and this should not really surprise us. The base variant is going to be available in 128 and 256 gigs. However, if you want more storage, you will have to look at the Pro variant, which will be available in three storage variants starting from 128 gigs and going up to 512 gigs. Worry not, as the Pro variant will also bring a number of other improvements over the vanilla offering.
As for the color options, Google is going to offer both Pixel 8 devices in upwards of three colors, with one color being the same. We already know about this since the leaked wallpapers, but for those wondering, the vanilla version will be available in Licorice, Peony, and Haze. You are looking at Licorice, Sky, and Porcelain for the Pro variant. Sadly, we do not have the renders of the devices that show all these colors, but we do know about the specs as they have extensively leaked in the past.
The last bit of information that the source has given us is that the Pixel 8 series will be hitting the shelves in October. This is something that does not come as a surprise because that is what previously leaked information suggested as well.
