Fashion Week is strutting back into Pokémon GO starting January 10th. It’s running until January 19th with all the stylish Pokémon running in the wild. And there are shiny encounters and bonuses that’ll make your Stardust reserves sparkle brighter than ever.
Catching Pokémon during the Fashion Week will net you double the Stardust in Pokémon GO. Trainers level 31 and up also get a 2x chance for XL Candy from catches. Also, Shiny Kirlia in a fashionable outfit is making its wild debut during the event.
Butterfree, Dragonite and Minccino, all decked out in fashionable costumes, are stepping into the spotlight, alongside Furfrou. They are popping up as rewards from Field Research tasks and raids. You might even walk away with the most dazzling Dragonite of all time.
There are some new fashion-forward Pokémon making their debut in Pokémon GO Fashion Week. Minccino and its evolution Cinccino are donning fashionable outfits for the first time.
Wild encounters are also getting a style upgrade. Diglett, Blitzle and Bruxish are joining the roster with some dressed to impress in fashionable costumes. You could also run into Kirlia looking chic and shiny.
One-star raids will feature the likes of Shinx, Minccino and Furfrou, while three-star raids bring in Butterfree and Dragonite. Also, an event-themed Collection Challenge will take place during Fashion Week.
The in-game shop is also rolling out plaid tops and pants to keep your avatar looking smart and sharp. These items will stick around even after the event. So, go ahead and get Pokémon GO from the Google Play Store and gear up for the Fashion Week.
