Marvel Rivals players will get their first look at the next characters coming to the hero shooter next week.
A post from the Marvel Rivals X account has confirmed that The Fantastic Four will join the game soon, with a trailer for new characters coming next week.
“Get ready to welcome Marvel’s First Family in Marvel Rivals,” the post reads. “Trailer on January 6th at 8:00 AM PST/ 16:00 UTC. Be there.”

No information is currently known on when the characters will be released or if all four members of the team will be released together.
Marvel Rivals reached 20 million players in December, according to NetEase. NetEase previously claimed that Marvel Rivals hit 10 million players in its first three days of availability.
Marvel Rivals is a free-to-play 6v6 team-based shooter played from a third-person perspective. Players can choose from a selection of Marvel heroes and villains from the Avengers, Guardians of the Galaxy, X-Men, and more.
The game was developed by a new internal team at NetEase, which has said it’s “composed of global talent who previously worked on hit franchises such as Call of Duty and Battlefield”.
Marvel Rivals game director Thaddeus Sasser recently suggested Sony’s live service shooter Concord flopped because it “didn’t bring any unique value” to players.
