Some Final Fantasy 14 players are putting together a series of concerts to provide relief for the victims affected by the recent earthquakes in Turkey and Syria. Several in-game performances will take place over the course of the weekend-long event, helping to raise funds and awareness in the Final Fantasy 14 community.
Eorzea Rescue is being held by FFXIV Bards & Bands, a growing community of Final Fantasy 14 players dedicated to in-game musical performances available with the Bard job. At press time, 34 bands and counting are scheduled to perform across the Eorzea Rescue events. The funds raised will be donated to Doctors Without Borders, one of the organizations spearheading relief in Turkey and Syria.

The concerts themselves will be held across both the NA and EU physical Data Centers so more Final Fantasy 14 players can attend the Eorzea Rescue performances. European players can catch concerts on March 3 on the Louisoix world in the Chaos Data Center or on March 4 on the Zodiark world in the Light Data Center. Players on the North American Data Centers can also find concerts on March 4 on the Exodus server in the Primal Data Center. Performances are also planned for March 5, but the location is currently undecided.
The event organizers for Eorzea Rescue even made an official outfit for players interested in dressing for the part. The official outfit is designed to look like masked doctor scrubs used by some emergency responders and healthcare workers. Players who want to help draw attention to the event can easily follow the glamour instructions, which even includes budget options for players short on gil.
