With all Dragonflight Raids and Dungeons returning in Season 4, players will have renewed access to some favorite trinkets; however, there are likely changes to these beloved items since you last equipped them.

Trinket Changes in Season 4
Below we've compiled the relevant trinket changes that we'll discussing from the Patch 10.1 Embers of Neltharion Update Notes, the Patch 10.2.6 Plunderstorm Notes, and the April 16th Patch 10.2.6 Hotfixes.
Season 4 Trinket Changes
- In Patch 10.1:
- Algeth'ar Puzzle Box (Trinket) on-use effect duration has been increased to 30 seconds (was 20 seconds) and its Mastery bonus has been decreased by 38%.
- Algeth'ar Puzzle Box shared cooldown increased to 30 seconds, effect decreased by 30% for Unholy specialization.
- In Patch 10.2:
- Rashok's Molten Heart mana restore reduced by 70%, healing reduced by 50%, and Versatility reduced by 20%.
- In Patch 10.2.6:
- Mutated Magmammoth Scale chance to trigger now scales with Haste and damage reduced by 13%.
- Kyrakka's Searing Embers chance to trigger increased by 100%, damage reduced by 50%, and healing reduced by 40%. Additionally fixed an issue that could cause inconsistent proc behavior.
- Conjured Chillglobe mana restore effect reduced by 70%.
- Storm-Eater’s Boon damage reduced by 25%.
- Whispering Incarnate Icon's infusion effects granted to allies reduced by 45%.
- Fixed an issue causing Whispering Incarnate Icon to grant significantly more passive secondary stat than intended.
- Manic Grieftorch will now trigger a 1 second global cooldown and may not be used when the global cooldown is active
- Manic Grieftorch damage increased by 1.2%. Can now be channeled while moving.
- Ominous Chromatic Essence shared alignment secondary stat reduced by 5%.
