Blizzard has revealed Diablo 4's targeted performance details across Xbox Series X|S. On Xbox Series X, the game will support full 4K at 60fps, while the Xbox Series S version will run at 1080p at fps.
This news comes by way of Blizzard SVP and Diablo EP Rod Fergusson, who made an appearance on Major Nelson's Xbox podcast, (as spotted by PureXbox).

«One of the things we really try to do is create [a] seamless, shared open world,» Fergusson said. «As you move from zone to zone, you seamlessly have that transition, and you can really feel that when you have the power of Xbox behind you.»
Fergusson also explained that as players move from server to server across the open world, it will be seamless, meaning there will be no loading screens--though, there will be loading screens when teleporting back to the town, moving into a dungeon, or when there's a «big change in scenery.»
While Fergusson didn't discuss the PS5 version, it's assumed it will also support 4K at 60fps, as it did during the beta. The previous-generation versions only supported 30fps during the beta, with PS4 running at 1080p, while Xbox One ran at 900p.
Diablo 4 launches on June 6 for PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC.
