In , there are several cases for Tim and Pikachu to solve, however, there are also civilians with Local Concerns that require assistance as well. Local Concerns are the side quest equivalent for and are completely optional tasks, but necessary for anyone looking to 100% complete the game.

There are Local Concerns in every chapter of aside from the opening chapter and the final chapter. The number of them varies for each chapter, with fewer in the early chapters and more in the later chapters. Note that the Quiz Professor in can also be found in each chapter, but she is not considered a Local Concern and instead is her own thing.

The Missing Jewel is the first case in Ryme City in and consists of tracking down a stolen jewel. While completing this case, there will be three Local Concerns to take care of from civilians in the area. However, not all of them will be available right at the start of the case, so be sure to look around as you progress in case a new concern arises or becomes available.

The three Local Concerns in this chapter consist of Find The Missing Lillipup, Finding a Practice Partner for Soccer Boy, and Find The Cutiefly That Left to Gather Nectar.

After leaving the Denis Residence, Lillipup’s partner will be found right outside the gate. She can’t find her Lillipup that she took out for a walk and needs your help to track them down. Head left into Fountain Plaza and then head to the Back Alley area from there which is straight back past the Greedent and the snack cart. Once in the Back Alley area, the Lillipup can be found near a fence off to the left.
