After the trailer debuted at the Super Bowl, fans have been wondering whether they will see a. Has Disney released one already? Here’s everything you need to know.
Disney launched a 30-second Deadpool & Wolverine TV Spot at the Super Bowl and a 2-minute 26-second teaser was released on the internet for the world to watch. The big game spot didn’t make it to the internet and a separate red band trailer wasn’t launched.
Despite featuring plenty of action and violence, the teaser was given a green band and was meant to be viewed by PG-13 audiences. But a full-fledged red band trailer is expected to be released in the future.
Kevin Feige, Ryan Reynolds, and others have confirmed Deadpool & Wolverine to be R-rated. So, many expected a red band version of the film’s trailer to be launched. But considering that this was a teaser and not a full trailer, a red band version wasn’t released. Furthermore, it’s also possible that Disney wanted to market the teaser to a larger audience base.
However, we expect to see a bloody and violent R-rated red band trailer of Deadpool & Wolverine in the future. It should come out in a couple of months when Disney decides to release a full-length story trailer to continue the marketing campaign for its July 26 release.
