Dead by Daylight is making changes to how DLC is purchased, consolidating various expansions into one bundle in order to make purchasing through first-party stores easier. The upcoming Endless Hunt DLC pack will include a variety of content in one purchase, streamlining the process for Dead by Daylight players.
Since its release back in 2016, Dead by Daylight has stayed on top of the asymmetrical horror genre. One of the biggest reasons the multiplayer title has continued to keep its status in the genre is due to Dead by Daylight's interesting crossovers. Developer Behaviour Interactive has managed to get licensing for many high profile horror icons, like Scream's Ghostface and the Xenomorph from Alien. Not only has Dead by Daylight brought some great licensed crossovers to the game, but the title also has plenty of original content included in additional DLC expansions.
On May 14, Dead by Daylight will be releasing the Endless Hunt DLC. The expansion pack includes a variety of original Killers and Survivors along with some original Chapters, as well. Although the game has become well known for its licensed crossovers, Dead by Daylight also boasts some great original characters.
The Endless Hunt DLC not only includes four original Chapters and various characters, but it also features nine outfits and six exclusive items. Consolidating DLC content into one bundle helps clear up first-party storefronts, as it can sometimes get overwhelming when searching for these expansions on the PlayStation, Microsoft, or Nintendo eShop stores. The launch of Endless Hunt will make the individual characters included in the DLC unavailable to purchase solo through first-party stores. However, they can still be bought through Dead by Daylight's in-game store with a permanent price reduction.
