City State Entertainment (CSE) has posted their latest development update for Camelot Unchained, which notes many improvements to the game and its overall development status. In the latest Top Tennish update, Senior Producer Terry Coleman outlined the various enhancements, bug fixes, and exciting new additions the team has been working on.
First and foremost, CSE has stated that they have been aggressively hiring talent in recent months, and their efforts have begun to bear fruit as new team members have made valuable contributions across various disciplines, including art, design, and engineering. Among the new hires is Travis, the new Community Manager, who will be working closely with Brian to expand his roles and responsibilities at the studio, and hopefully that will also translate to interested potential players receiving more information about the game, more consistently.
The development team also showed off the Valkyrie race in the latest update, which includes new winged models, unique armor for each class, and several new banes and boons. Additionally, the team has revamped the racial traits and added new icons to enhance the user experience.
Of course, as with most of Camelot Unchained’s updates, you know that there is a healthy dose of concept art featured in the April 12th newsletter, provided by Kara, which showcases the work done on the Valkyrie race. The new 3D models, animations, and equipment updates breathe new life into the game, ensuring that the Valkyries join the ranks of the winged races in their quest for conquest.
