Atlus has fused a demonic collaboration in anticipation of the release of Shin Megami Tensei V: Vengeance, partnering with legendary heavy metal band Slipknot to produce some genuinely hellish masks. This partnership is to be continued, as the Persona publisher has promised a promotional video featuring band members is incoming.
In the video, Jim Ojala from Ojala Productions, the artisans behind the infamous on-stage masks the many members of Slipknot wear, is tasked with making perhaps the most metal masks he's yet been commissioned to create: realistic replications of SMT V monsters Daemon, Gurulu, and Loup-Garou. SMT V: Vengeance is out on 14th June, an enhanced re-release on PS5 and PS4 that boasts an all-new story path, technical improvements, and exciting gameplay tweaks.
