Ubisoft confirmed last month that it would be adding New Game Plus and a Permadeath mode to Assassin’s Creed Mirage with a free update in December, but it seems those plans have been slightly tweaked. While New Game Plus is arriving as scheduled, Permadeath mode will be added a little later.
In a tweet late last week, Ubisoft confirmed that New Game Plus will be added to Assassin’s Creed Mirage sometime this week, and that it will also be adding new rewards to players to work towards. That said, Permadeath mode has been delayed, and is now expected to release sometime in early 2024. An exact release date for the update has yet to be confirmed.
Assassin’s Creed Mirage is available on PS5, Xbox Series X/S, PS4, Xbox One, and PC. Read our review of the game through here, where we awarded it a score of 8 out of 10.
