A brilliant fan artist from the Pokemon community has recently shared some of their own custom creature designs, with some of their latest works showing off new pre-evolutions for existing Pokemon as well as hypothetical «infected» Pokemon that have been affected by Pecharunt's Toxic Chain. The assortment of new creatures and concepts introduced in Pokemon Scarlet and Violethave led to an influx of fan art from the Pokemoncommunity, with Paldean variants and Paradox Pokemon themselves being largely responsible for inspiring countless new custom creature designs.
While Scarlet and Violet's range of weird and wonderful Paradox Pokemon have been particularly popular among players, prompting many to imagine what their own personal favorite critters might look like as Paradox Pokemon, player creativity often produces many other types of designs as well. Baby Pokemon are one example, with the relatively small variety of official pre-evolutionary Pokemon leading some to expand on the idea themselves and create baby versions of all sorts of other Pokemon that fans are familiar with. There's also the existence of regional variants, with many examples from the Hisui region in particular inspiring fans to create many of their own similar designs.
Such fanmade Pokemon content remains extremely popular among much of the community, and one artist known online as Mercury Ball, or PhantomLink2782 on Reddit, has recently shared a batch of their own awesome designs. These include two new baby Pokemon, with Lilck intended to be the pre-evolution to Lickitung and the adorable Psyquak being the evolutionary precursor to Psyduck. Each of the designs shared by this creator is complete with its own Pokedex entries, abilities, shiny versions, stats, and more.
The artist also designed new Toxic Chain forms for Pikachu and Typhlosion, which offer a glimpse at what these critters might look like if they were affected by Pecharunt's Toxic Chain like Pokemon Scarlet and Violet's Loyal Three trio
