These new dimensions mainly change aspects of the characters at The Lodge, completely changing the story narrative, and sometimes in a very peculiar manner. Though it's necessary to complete the game to unlock these hidden universes, some online have figured out a way to view them all, which has enabled people to see the different variations of the world that can be unlocked upon the start of New Game Plus in .
While it's still somewhat unclear how to achieve a specific desired universe, as it currently seems it's left up to chance, user lokki125 on Reddit discovered a way to get each unique universe by inserting specific console commands to set the universe before the credits roll. Some of these alternative dimensions are realistic and believable scenarios that make a lot of sense within the game world and story, while others are just a bit of silly fun that Bethesda likely included for a laugh.

Though the quest, «A High Price To Pay,» sees the protagonist besting The Hunter in his search for the Artifacts in , this alternate universe sees The Hunter as the victor, taking over The Lodge and killing all members of Constellation in the process. While his esoteric musings might have served as an interesting dialogue at the beginning of the game, by now, it's worn old, making him feel pretty one-dimensional, just like this lackluster universe.
