If you are looking to get Rache Bartmoss' Cyberdeck in , you will find it in the most unexpected spot possible. The Legendary hacker can be found in a landfill, the same pot where V was recovered by Dexter and Takemura. While you can find Bartmoss in three different ways, the location is specifically linked to the "" quest.
There are three ways to trigger this quest, all leading to Bartmoss' location. The first method is quite straightforward as it involves being around the area, and the quest will begin itself. The second way is to complete the «Spellbound» quest for Nix, during which you will decrypt a shard. The quest should trigger automatically; however, it can also be given to you by Nix if you choose not to decrypt the shard. Once the quest has been triggered, head to 's Medeski Fuel Station fast travel point to find Bartmoss' cyberdeck. Follow the road directly south of the station, leading to a landfill. You will find Dexter DeShawn's body carrying Plan B at the end of the line, his unique weapon, and a fridge. You will find the location of Rache Bartmoss' body and his cyberdeckinside the fridge.
