The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom Heroines' Secret is a side quest that takes place in Gerudo. It's where you'll meet a character who wants to learn about the history of her clan's warrior culture. To start the Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom Heroines' Secret side quest, you'll want to clear the initial steps in Gerudo Town. Since Link is a «voe» (a dude), you'll need to find the entrance to the Gerudo base. There, you'll meet up with Riju, the Chieftain of the Gerudo. As for Rotana, you'll find her reading inscriptions on one of the pillars in the main area. She explains her eagerness to uncover the truth, which begins the side quest proper.
The Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom Heroines' Secret side quest involves finding the other Monuments to the Seven Heroines. Then, you have to take a picture of each of them, so make sure you've already acquired the Purah Pad Camera.
Monument #1
The left-hand side of the section past where Rotana is located. You'll need to destroy the rocks.
Monument #2
While facing Rotana and the tablet, go to your left. You should see a classroom with Gerudo kids. You need to wait until evening (around 7 p.m. in-game), which will cause the kids to leave. Then, take a photo of the monument.
Monument #3
From the classroom, continue along the corridor past the Sand Seals. There's a dimly-lit corridor here with a destroyed pillar. Use Ultrahand to lift, rotate, and attach it.
Monument #4
