This is, by far, the hardest piece to get among three, if you're unprepared. That's because you'll have to defeat a King Gleeok. You can take it slow and steady by using the Zonai Fan cheese and mid-air aimed shots with your bow. However, if you already have a lot of Beam Emitters, you can just create a destructive laser array.
As you skydive into the Depths, you'll see the Niuzimod Lightroot. Below that is the Ancient Underground Fortress. You can ignore the enemies here and just grab the reward from the chest.
When you head down the East Akkala Plains Chasm, you'll want to tag the Akinatanis Lightroot just to have a clear view of your surroundings. Then, follow the mountain pass as it leads south. You should see the Kawikatisar Lightroot, too.
You'll then notice a narrow passage that leads northeast, a spiral-shaped tunnel leading into the Rist Mine. There are several pushover enemy mobs here, so you're free to ignore them. At the very end of the mines, you'll find this armor piece for the Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom Twilight Set.
