Microsoft has launched Xbox Year in Review, enabling players to view and share their gaming highlights of 2024.
The annual end of year wrap-up tool offers users various personalized stats, recapping which games they played and for how long, which achievements they unlocked, and how they stack up against other members of the community.
It follows a similar format to the likes of Spotify Wrapped and Apple Music Replay, which collate users’ most listened-to music into easily shareable images, which are popular across social media platforms at the end of each year.
Sony also releases a similar PlayStation Wrap-Up tool each December, although it’s not yet available.
Xbox Year in Review is available in select markets until January 31, 2025.
Microsoft recently announced the next batch of titles coming to Xbox Game Pass for console, PC and Xbox Cloud Gaming.
Headline additions to the service in the first half of December include Indiana Jones and the Great Circle and Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled, while Forza Motorsport has joined Game Pass Standard.
The Xbox Game Pass Ultimate offering recently expanded by enabling subscribers to play select games they own via cloud streaming.
50 titles are currently supported and the feature is available on PC, phone, tablet, handheld, and most devices with access to a web browser.
More cloud-playable games will be added over time and support for the feature will come to Xbox consoles and the Xbox app for PC in 2025.
