Xbox Game Pass is scheduled to add Space Engineers to its content catalog later today, February 29. This will be the final February addition to the platform and the 14th new title overall to reach Xbox Game Pass during the shortest month of 2024.
Developed by Czech studio Keen Software House, Space Engineers is an ambitious sandbox experience that allows players to build a wide variety of structures, tools, ships, and other vehicles while exploring the final frontier. With over 91,000 «Very Positive» reviews on Steam, this indie title is one of the highest-rated space-themed construction games ever made.

Although Microsoft's subscribers have long been used to enjoying a fairly steady influx of releases, the company has managed to shift into an even higher gear since the turn of February, averaging 0.5 new Xbox Game Pass releases per day. Apart from Space Engineers and 13 other titles that reached the service over the past four weeks, February also saw turn-based strategy Inkulinati leave Microsoft's Game Preview program and get treated to a full-fledged launch.
Looking at the immediate future, the next confirmed XGP addition is scheduled for March 5, when Warhammer 40,000: Boltgun will be added to the platform's ever-growing content library. Four more Xbox Game Pass releases have been announced
