Now that is on Xbox some wonder when PS5 or Nintendo Switch releases of it may happen, if ever. This new Xbox version of the game is the first console edition, allowing gamers to enjoy comfortably sitting back on a couch or recliner while they take on the role of a Viking in this beautiful environment. While this is a major leap forward for, there is still one feature missing that could make the game even better.
does have online multiplayer, but for the console versions, the game could have benefited from offering a split-screen couch co-op mode. The type of more laid-back gaming that the crafting and exploration entail would be a lot of fun to experience side-by-side with someone, not to mention the excitement of boss battles. already has great multiplayer mode experiences so a split-screen option would make it even more enjoyable for having on the consoles.
Even on Xbox consoles, can be multiplayer for up to 10 players on unique player-hosted dedicated servers where enemies scale in difficulty based on the size of the party in the game.
