Recent developments have seen a pair of legendary RPG titles from the 1990s become far more accessible and affordable. Over the years, many great '90s games have become obscure, due in large part to a lack of modern ports. As a result, countless games have been left to become increasingly difficult to obtain and play, with prices naturally rising the rarer these games become.

Fortunately, while there are many great new RPGs in 2024, this year has also seen a number of remakes and ports which allow these lost gems to capture the imaginations of an entirely new generation.
