Ubisoft is deploying AC Mirage update 1.0.6 across all platforms today, adding the already promised New Game Plus mode, and more.
Last month, the development team announced the new game mode for the latest Assassin's Creed entry. Interestingly enough, the official release notes don't make mention of the Perma-death mode which was also promised. This feature will likely be added through a future update for the game.
The introduction of the New Game Plus mode also allows players to unlock Bayek's outfit from 2017's Assassin's Creed Origins, complete with three unique dyes. Additionally, this brand-new title update includes various parkour improvements, allowing players to reach heights faster and cross bigger distances. As with all updates, this new one features numerous bug fixes and improvements, including much-needed quest-related fixes and graphical improvements. You can find the full release notes for this new title update here. On PC, the patch weighs in at 5GB, while PS5 owners are presented with a 2GB download. Meanwhile, on PS4 and Xbox One, players will need to download 3GB of new data, while the Xbox Series X|S update clocks in at 4.76GB.
