Publisher Playism and developer Silver Lining Studio have announced The Star Named EOS is heading to consoles, including PS5. For those out of the loop, take a look at this charming puzzle adventure game with the gameplay trailer above.
Playing as a boy named Dei, you explore various cosy settings as you follow the steps of his mother — voiced in English by Suzie Yeung, who plays Yuffie in Final Fantasy 7 Remake/Rebirth. You'll spend your time recreating photographs and solving other puzzles in order to piece together the narrative. The studio's previous game, Behind the Frame, is a similarly photo-themed affair, and this looks like a neat follow-up that explores those same themes.
It looks lovely, and it's due out this summer, so it's not too far away. Will you be checking out The Star Named EOS on PS5? Let us know in the comments section below.

@Quintumply I hate to be that guy, but when I google «Beyond the Frame» I found embroidery and photography sites, but no game. "Behind the Frame", however, seems to be a game by Silver Lining Studio, which I will be checking out as well as this one when it arrives
@FuriousMachine You're so right, my bad! Fixed!
Am I the only one who sees Eos, and thinks “Red Faction”?
So are we playing with a Canon EOS camera?
This and Behind the Frame look very interesting, but the latter is barely an hour long from what I've read. Hopefully this new game is longer.
This looks awesome!
I love these story driven games.
