EA has issued a new patch for Star Wars Jedi: Survivor on PC aimed at fixing performance woes, and it's coming to console tomorrow.

Star Wars Jedi: Survivor released last week to positive reviews, but PC players are understandably upset about its performance woes on that platform. EA has issued a new patch that it says should improve the way the game runs on PC, but it's not clear how much of a difference it makes at this early juncture.
Today a patch has become available for the PC version of Star Wars Jedi: Survivor, and tomorrow (5/2) we’ll also be issuing a patch for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. As shown in the above tweet, the PC patch has only one bullet point, which reads «performance improvements for non-raytraced rendering.» The long list of bullet points below the PS5 and Xbox Series X|S versions are already live on the PC version, and will come to console on Tuesday, May 2. EA further says that it will continue to improve the game's PC performance with future patches.

Jedi: Survivor's PC performance is the only snag in what was an overall positive launch for the new Star Wars game, which sold quite a few copies in the UK. Early reports from PC outlets said that the game struggled to meet even 40fps on top-of-the-line hardware, and YouTuber SkillUp did not recommend the game because of that.
