Free-to-play high-speed robot team battle game Border Break for PlayStation 4 will end service on September 9, SEGA announced.
Border Break first launched for PlayStation 4 via PlayStation Store on August 2, 2018 in Japan, meaning it will have run from just over five years when service ends.
Here is the schedule until the end of service in brief:
June 5 at 15:00 JST – Premium Service automatic renewals end June 12 at 15:00 JST – Frame Lot price revisions July 10 at 15:00 JST – New Core Seed sales end August 14 at 15:00 JST – Ranked Matches end September 9 at 15:00 JST – Service endsAfter service ends, online matchmaking will no longer be available, but the following battles will remain playable:
Battle ExhibitionA PlayStation Plus subscription will be required to play Exhibition Matches after service ends. Training StoryMain Scenario Borders ScenarioSEGA will accept refunds for unused, purchased Core Seeds and Premium Service subscriptions from September 11 at 15:00 JST to November 30 at 15:00 JST.
