While Season of Discovery Patch 1.15.3 has launched on Season of Discovery realms, some unintended buggy side effects seem to have manifested on non-SoD Classic realms as well.
With Patch 1.15.3 ushering in hundreds of changes in preparation for Phase 4, other players — who are not on Season of Discovery realms — are reporting many bugs appearing during their Normal and Hardcore Classic playtime.
One of the largest issues to come to light is the existence of the Testament of Divine Steed. Earned via the newly added quest The Missing Knight, this skill book teaches Divine Steed — a Paladin ability that wasn't originally introduced until the Legion expansion.
This quest being available isn't in and of itself the only bug related to Paladins — in fact, this quest can be completed by other classes as well, and it still awards the skill book! Not only that, it provides an additional +110 Argent Dawn reputation on completion — but alas, non-Paladins can't actually use the awarded Skill Book.
Other players have reported an interesting buff nestled among their World Buffs where it wasn't expected. The Might of Stormwind buff, intended to be the Alliance equivalent of the Warchief's Blessing buff exclusive to Horde players, has begun popping up for players who loot the Head of Rend Blackhand and complete the quest it offers.
In what could potentially be a devastating bug, the Warlock ability Rain of Fire seems to have an issue with its channeling time — namely, that there isn't one. Esuvii on YouTube recorded this video to show the fiery problem in action:

Finally, Mages wearing Netherwind Regalia may have noticed a rather distinct lack of visuals after today's patch. This Tier 2 set seems to have completely lost its textures, leaving only a gray flat model:
