As a gold making news outlet, we often cover topics along the line of «Do this X and make Y», «Setup these characters to capitalize on that thing». It's the nature of people to look for information to help find something that works for them and their goals. The trap of that feeling of missing out if you don't do X or Y can often lead to burnout.
This is a topic close to my heart and one of my core beliefs with gold making principles is to «do what's fun for you». I found myself in this particular quandary when Dragonflight launched. I loved the complexity of the new profession system, but hated the way work orders required direct interaction through trade chat which I found inefficient and stressful, so I chose not to do it and thus cut myself off from that gold making method.
