It looks as though we have our first big leak from this year's The Game Awards. According to billbil-kun, who reliably leaks gaming information via Dealabs, one game we'll be seeing more of this week is a brand new title under the EA Originals label.
According to the report, the game's name is Tales of Kenzera: ZAU, published by EA Originals and developed by Surgent Studios. It'll apparently be a 2.5D action platformer, and will bear a visual resemblance to the Trine series. You'll play as a young wizard that's able to alternate between two types of magic. The leak goes on to say the game is pegged for release on 23rd April 2024, and is coming to PC as well as consoles.
The report is pretty thorough in its detail of the game, and it is possible to find placeholder social accounts for Tales of Kenzera. Given all this, as well as billbil-kun's history — particularly with regards to PS Plus — we're inclined to believe this is all accurate. Presumably it'll be unveiled during The Game Awards, as it suggests in the report.
