Season of the Malignant is just about here, and with it came some much requested Quality of Life changes — Altars of Lilith and Map Completion, which were initially intended to be re-collected every season, have now changed to account cached Renown, meaning once they're done, they're done! Blizzard didn't seem to stop there, however — in an edit to their Patch 1.1.0 Patch Notes Blog, Blizzard additionally increased Renown rewards for completing Side Quests and Dungeons, including for those players who had already completed them.
Renown Value Adjustments:Side Quest Renown reward values increased from 20 to 30. Dungeon Renown reward values increased from 30 to 40. Developer’s Note: This change is retroactive and the additional renown gain will be applied to characters who have already completed side quests and dungeons. What do you think of the Renown changes?
