Some of the most unique creature designs seen throughout the Pokemon games were introduced in Pokemon Legends: Arceus, and one fan has created their own set of modified starter evolutions similar to those seen in the Pokemon game set in the Sinnoh region's distant past. Community discussion has recently been focused on rumors surrounding a potential new Legends game to arrive sometime in the next couple of years, though what the next official Pokemon game will really be has yet to be officially revealed.
Pokemon Legends: Arceus did introduce a few new Pokemon, as well as many new forms for existing creatures within the Pokemon world. While the game's selection of starter Pokemon consisted of critters that are already well-known to fans, Rowlet, Cyndaquil, and Oshawott did receive entirely new Hisuian variants of their final evolutionary forms. These new forms boasted new designs, types, and even new signature moves, and have inspired fans to create their own custom starter evolutions of similar nature since the game was released.
In anticipation of a potential new Legends game being revealed in the near future, one artist known online as yzziB has shared some of their own custom starter evolution designs. These designs feature Delphox, Torterra, and Swampert, with each of these popular starter choices from throughout the many generations of Pokemon games receiving new appearances and types alike. While each retains their primary type, the artist's Delphox design bears much closer resemblance to its previous evolution, Braixen, while also having its Psychic type switched out for the Fairy type. Torterra becomes Grass and Rock-type while carrying a mass of crystals on its back, and Swampert becomes Water and Poison-type.
