Players can join their friends and dig for fossils in the latest update for Haegin’s social network game Play Together. The game’s latest update adds new activities to collect Fossils for Dr. Archie Fossel. They can also earn rewards by scouring the island for Amber and Hieroglyphs and even unlock new Dinosaur Pets.
Published by South Korean company Haegin, Play Together is a social activity game where players can chat, explore Kaia Island, decorate their houses, raise pets, and more. The game features multiple minigames, including races, zombie survival, and a battle royale mode. Play Together surpassed 100 million downloads last year and has a user rating of 4.1/5 on Google Play.
Players can participate in the ongoing “Dr. Archie Fossel’s Dinosaur Fossils” event by completing tasks for the new NPC, Dr. Fossel. Doing so gives them Mission Points and a chance to unlock a Velociraptor Skull. Players can then trade those Points in for Gems, a T-Rex Bone costume set, and a Dinosaur Egg. Hatching the Egg unlocks a new Dinosaur Pet. Players should also keep their eyes out for the Sacabambaspis in the waters around Kaia Island. The bizarre but cute fish has taken up residence in the island’s Great Blue Hole location.
In addition, players can now mine Amber from deposits scattered around Kaia Island. They can then use the Amber Ore to craft various dinosaur-themed items. Examples include a Baby Dino costume, a Dinosaur Off-road Car, and the Dinosaur Fossil Experience Center.
