World of Warcraft’ s next content update, Fury Incarnate, 10.1.7 will go live on September 5th. This update will add new Dragonflight quests, split the Dawn of the Infinite mega dungeon into two Heroic-level dungeons, and more.
During theFractures in Time update, the Bronze Dragonflights left some mysteries open regarding their actions with the timeways.These questions and more will be playable with the new update next month, along with the continuation of the Reforging Tyr questline. There will be additional new chapters that add to ongoing stories and it will serve as a preview and prologue to the 10.2 campaign.
Also coming in the update is Dawn of the Infinite, which initially released as an eight-boss Mythic-only mega-dungeon, this time in Heroic difficulty. The big change with the arrival, is that Dawn of the Infinite will arrive in 10.1.7 in the form of two queueable dungeons. Separating the dungeons and the bosses into two instances should mean that more players get a chance to go through them. This means more will not only have a chance at the experience and the lore involved, but of course have a crack at the loot.
The update will also feature new public objectives, which means that some of the existing Dragonflight zones will become Dreamsurges. What this means is they are affected by the Dream, and all of the rares and world quests happening in those zones means they’ll drop a special new currency. Use that new currency to create zone-wide buffs and to trigger a new world event. The Waking Dream Invasion will be similar to how Time Rifts work. As an additional helpful addition, gear tokens have a chance to be drops from Dream-empowered rares. Those tokens are bind-on-account, but they'll be able to help you
