Peppa Pig: World Adventures, as the name suggests, takes Peppa across the globe to explore different counties, cultures, and traditions. It's a neat little way for kids to learn a little about the world, and have fun while doing so. The London section of the game saw Peppa Pig and her family being taken on a tour by Queen Elizabeth herself, after which she joins them in a little puddle splashing.
However, after the sweet little moment, the game abruptly cuts away to an in memoriam slate for the late Queen. While the developers obviously wanted to make a kind gesture for Lizzie, the timing of it was rather comical, resulting in a viral reaction video. To be fair, you wouldn't expect an R.I.P. message in the middle of a kids' game. Lead producer David Moral explained how this rather funny tribute came to be.

"Unfortunately, the Queen passed away during development, and at that moment we had already implemented the character of the Queen and built this whole trip in London," explained Moral in an interview with Eurogamer.
"When the news came up, there was discussion on how we should address the issue, because obviously there were different options. We could have removed the trip, we could have removed London and the Queen from the game, which would have been an option."
Admittedly, it does seem like a rather tough decision to make for anyone. Especially when it's related to one of the most recognisable people on the planet. "Now it's out I think everyone is glad we decided to keep the Queen in the game," continued Moral.
