AnOverwatch 2 clip showcases a Symmetra using their teleporter to save an ally in a clutch way. With the release of Overwatch 2, many of the game's heroes were reworked so that they fit the game's new faster-paced 5v5 gameplay. Symmetra is one Overwatch 2 character that's struggled in the transition due to her reliance on stationary objects like turrets and the teleporter. But as Symmetra players get more familiar with the action, they're able to pull off some very exciting maneuvers.
Previously, Symmetra's teleporter was intended for mass traversal. While Symmetras certainly benefited from using their teleporters to give themselves an advantage, positioning it so their teammates could get into the fight faster or have better positioning was a bigger priority. But Symmetra changed with Overwatch 2. Symmetra's teleporter is now designed for quick attacks and retreats. While teamwork can work well, Symmetras are encouraged to act selfishly as a largely offensive archetype.

There are rare occasions, however, when Overwatch 2 Symmetras use their powers for good, or more specifically to save their teammates from certain death. A clip from Reddit user sw1nky showcased one such example, which shows an Ana finding herself to be one of the few players left alive on her team. She's trying to escape a charging Genji, but is in dire straits. That's when Ana turns around and find a perfectly positioned teleporter available to escape through.
The video even goes so far as to show the Symmetra's perspective after it shows the Ana's. They've fallen back, or have recently respawned, and just happen to be perfectly in position to help their Overwatch 2
