As part of Nacon Connect, a new Lord Of The Rings: Gollum trailer dropped, revealing more story elements and plot details.
The trailer begins with Gollum carving a symbol of The Ring into rock, before launching into footage from across the game's runtime. The game takes place in parallel with the early chapters of Fellowship Of The Ring, where Gollum begins his escape from Mordor and makes a long journey across Middle-earth to pursue the ring. The trailer shows Gollum exploring the mountains and fortresses of Mordor, as well as the forests and elvish villages of Mirkwood.
