The Last of Us Season 1 ends on March 12, and HBO Max has confirmed that the hit TV show is definitely returning for a second season. We don't know much about Season 2 yet, as it hasn't started filming--but Bella Ramsey is looking forward to returning.
Speaking with ComicBook.com's The Last of Pods podcast, Ramsey said she's excited for the next part of TLOU, but is keeping her expectations tempered. Season 1 was the «best year of my life,» according to Ramsey, but she understands Season 2 will be its own experience.

«I'm really excited. It's unknown when filming for Season 2 will kickoff, but according to an interview with Collider, Pedro Pascal said there is a «chance» for filming to start later this year.
Season 1 covers the events of the first TLOU game, and Season 2 should go into the events of the second game. We possibly caught a glimpse of Dina, Ellie's future girlfriend, in episode 6, when a girl is seen staring at newcomers
